Terra Falls Community Garden was a garden that was started but never made it past the sheet mulching stage of urban prairie restoration. Terra Falls was registered under the Ingham County Land Bank Garden Program but was unfortunately purchased and is now private property. There is now a large fence around the property. The taxes from private land ownership far exceed the rent from the Garden Program.
